Savi is a coliving villa in the hills of the Sierra Calderona Natural Park, thirty minutes from Valencia city, the airport and the Mediterranean. Hiking trails start at the doorstep; the village of Náquera, with its supermarket, pharmacy and doctor, is a short walk away. Guests take a private room and share the rest of the house: a coworking room open 24/7 with dual screens and fast wifi, a separate room for calls, two kitchens, a pool, a gym, terraces and a garden. An optional lunch and dinner package is cooked in house and eaten at one long table. The house is alcohol-free by design. It is not a treatment centre and almost nobody here is in recovery; guests are people who found they simply work and live better when drink is not around. What replaces it is sharper mornings, weeks that compound, and conversations that go somewhere. The community is hand-picked rather than booked. Every application is read personally and every guest has a conversation before a room is confirmed. There is a weekly rhythm of shared meals, workshops, movement sessions and walks, all of it optional. One month minimum; most people stay one to three and many extend. Ninety-six residents from thirty countries have lived here to date.
