Connect BookMyColiving to Claude, or any assistant that speaks MCP, and ask it things in plain language instead of clicking through the dashboard. It takes about a minute, it is free, and it can only read.

Things worth asking it

“Summarise the enquiries that came in this week.”
“Which property gets the most enquiries?”
“Has anyone asked about a March move-in?”

It answers from your live data, so the reply reflects what your dashboard shows at that moment, not a copy made earlier.

Connecting it

Claude.ai or Claude Desktop

No API key

The simplest route, and the one to use if you are not a developer.

Claude Code, Codex or Cursor

These take an API key instead. Generate one in Dashboard Settings — you will need a verified email address first.

Reply to an enquiry or message anyone
Change your account, price or availability
See any other operator's data

Questions

Can it change anything?: No. It can read your listings, your enquiries and your conversations. It cannot publish a listing, edit one, take one down, reply to anyone, or change anything about your account. That is enforced on our side, not left to the assistant's good behaviour.
Can it see other operators' listings?: No. A connection is tied to your account, and every tool is limited to rows that belong to you. Another operator's enquiries and messages are not reachable, including by guessing an id.
What does it cost?: Nothing. It is part of your operator account, like the API.
How do I disconnect it?: Dashboard Settings, under Connected AI apps, choose Disconnect. It stops working immediately rather than at the end of some window.
Do I need an API key?: Not for Claude.ai or Claude Desktop — you sign in and approve it on screen. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor take an API key from your dashboard settings instead, because that is what those tools support.
Is my enquirers' data safe with an assistant?: The connection only reads what you could already see in your dashboard, and only when you ask. Bear in mind that whatever you ask it about is processed by whichever assistant you connect, under that company's terms — so treat it as you would any other tool you paste customer information into.
