A Peaceful Mediterranean Home for International Adults Hidden in the heart of Cullera, just a short train ride from Valencia, Valencian Old House is not a typical coliving space. It is a restored early-1900s Mediterranean home created for international adults seeking a slower, more meaningful way of living. Here, life moves differently. Morning coffee in the courtyard. Sunlight on old tiles and high ceilings. Long conversations over dinner. Walks to the beach. Remote work without the pressure of big cities. A sense of calm, connection and belonging. Our community is designed for mature, respectful people — remote professionals, creatives, long-stay travelers and individuals in transition who value authenticity, wellbeing and human connection. This is not a party house or a student residence. It is a peaceful international home where people come to reconnect with themselves, enjoy Mediterranean living and share everyday life with like-minded adults. What makes Valencian Old House special: Historic Valencian architecture with soul and character Quiet Mediterranean lifestyle near the sea International adult community Long and mid-term stays Comfortable spaces to work remotely and relax Authentic local experience away from mass tourism Easy access to Valencia city by train A warm, human atmosphere that feels like home Cullera offers something increasingly rare in Europe: sun, sea, walkable living, local culture and a slower rhythm of life — while still being connected to a vibrant international city. Many guests arrive looking for accommodation. What they often find is a new routine, new friendships and a different way of living. Welcome to Valencian Old House.
