Travelers and short-stay residents who want hotel-level service in a coliving format. Demographics skew older (35-60) and over-index on business travelers, families on transition, and professionals who could afford luxury hotels but prefer apartment-style stays.
Daily housekeeping, room service options, concierge desk, gym + pool + sometimes spa, restaurant on-site, premium pricing (typically 30-60% above mid-tier coliving). Less community programming than typical coliving — residents are more transient.
Choose hotel-coliving when service tier matters but you want more space and kitchen access than a hotel room provides. Vs. mid-tier coliving, you get reliability + service in exchange for the community depth. Best for 1-12 week professional stays.
