Founders at various stages — bootstrapped, pre-seed, and post-Series-A. Some residents are between ventures, exploring next moves. The diversity of company stage is the underrated strength: early founders learn from later-stage residents about scaling, hiring, fundraising.
Demo nights with invited investors, founder dinners that often run 4-5 hours, capital-on-tap introductions through the operator network, and quiet workspaces for the deep-focus mornings that founder work demands. Most operators run application processes — you pitch what you're building.
Choose founder coliving when network density is the priority. The kitchen conversations at 11pm often surface partnerships, hires, and term-sheet feedback that wouldn't happen through formal channels. Best for founders pre-Series-A; later-stage founders typically outgrow it and want quieter solo space.
