A living transforming hill, a traditional Italian family farm, a place where water, animals, winds, and people all move together into new experimental balances. Here, colivers share the house with our parents and grandmother, becoming part of our daily rhythms, our conversations, our rituals. You wake up, and you’re already inside the landscape. The community vibe is simple and powerful: we live together, we cook together, we work together, and we learn from each other. Breakfast becomes a moment of exchange, the co‑working room becomes a shared laboratory of ideas, and the evenings often end in the kitchen, making traditional Italian dishes and fresh pasta with Nonna, learning the gestures, the stories, the memories behind each dish. Living here means entering the life of the farm: nurturing animals, tending plants, walking the pastures, studying the water circles and the natural springs, feeling the winds from the lakes and the sea. And slowly, almost without noticing, you start asking new questions about ecosystems, about climate change, about how humans and landscapes shape each other. You begin to see the hill, the watershed, the lakes, the aquifer as one breathing organism, and yourself as part of it. This coliving is an experiment in neo‑rural futures: bringing people with different skills and backgrounds into a rural place and seeing what emerges. It’s a continuation of our ecosystem restoration workshops, but stretched in time, deeper, more intimate. Here, contamination happens naturally — between disciplines, between people, between the land and the minds living on it. What makes it special is the human part: waking up together, sharing meals, taking breaks under the same sky, knowing that everyone is working on their own projects but also on a shared experience. And from this daily life, new ideas grow — quietly, organically, like seeds in fertile soil. Agrihouse is a place where you don’t just stay, you become part of the ecosystem, and the ecosystem becomes part of you.
