About THE-IF
THE-IF is a four floor coworking and coliving building at 160 Nakanocho, Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto. We offer three private rooms on monthly contracts of thirty nights or longer. Residents share a second floor lounge, kitchen, and tatami room, and have a full workspace in the same building, including a quiet third floor. The front desk is staffed from 9:00 to 19:00, and residents can use the building outside those hours.
