STACEY operates furnished coliving in Germany: eight houses with around 300 rooms and studios, six in Hamburg (Eppendorf, Eimsbüttel, Winterhude, St. Pauli, plus Downtown and Alster for short stays from one night), one in Berlin-Mitte (Fischerinsel, about 100 rooms) and one in Vallendar near Koblenz. Rooms start at €795 per month all-inclusive (furniture, electricity, heating, WiFi, cleaning of shared spaces). Leases are open-ended with a 3-month minimum. Booking is fully online with an English contract, move-in is often possible within days, no Schufa check, and we issue the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) needed for the Anmeldung. Shared apartments typically pair two rooms per bathroom; studios have private bathroom and kitchen. Our community is over 50 percent international: expats, students and young professionals arriving in a new city.
