Remote and hybrid teams doing structured in-person time. Group sizes range from 4-person founder teams to 50+ person engineering orgs. Demographics span all ages and roles, organized around the company affiliation rather than individual interests.
Full building or floor takeovers for the duration, conference rooms with quality A/V for hybrid sessions, group meal programs, off-site facilitator coordination, and team-building activity arrangements. Operators handle the logistics so the team can focus on the work.
Choose team-retreat coliving when the alternative is renting a hotel block + conference rooms + restaurants separately. The combined logistics are 30-50% cheaper and the building privacy lets the team operate without overhearing strangers.
