Solo parents (mothers and fathers, in roughly equal proportions) with school-age children. Demographics skew 30-45 with a mix of full-time-working and freelancing residents. Many are in transitions — post-divorce, relocation, returning to work.
Mutual-aid childcare arrangements (resident parents covering each other's gaps), schoolkid-friendly schedules, dedicated quiet zones for parents working from home while kids are in shared common space, and operator-organized parent meetups.
Choose single-parent coliving when the resident childcare network is the real value. Coordinating childcare solo while working is the hardest part of single parenting — having co-resident parents who can reliably swap pickups changes the math.
