Residents traveling or living with cats and dogs (and occasionally smaller pets). Demographics span 25-55 with heavy overlap with the digital-nomad community. Many residents specifically chose coliving over solo rentals because pet policies in the regular rental market are restrictive.
Pet-allowing policies without prohibitive surcharges, on-site or nearby vet referrals, dog-walking arrangements with other residents, and operator-organized pet meetups. Common areas typically have pet-friendly design (washable surfaces, pet-water stations).
Choose pet-friendly coliving when traveling with your pet is the priority and finding accommodations that allow them is the constant friction. The reduced friction (no negotiating with hostile landlords) and the resident pet-care network are the under-rated benefits.
