Bouldering and sport climbers, plus the occasional trad climber. Demographics span 20-45 with a mix of pros, climbing-academy students, and weekend warriors. Mix is heavily international and gear-oriented.
Gym proximity (typically a partnership with a local climbing gym for resident discounts), gear storage with hangboards and training equipment, trip-mates for outdoor climbing weekends, and resident-organized clinics on technique and route-reading.
Choose climber coliving when the gym access and the weekend-trip network are the priorities. The training infrastructure (hangboards, fingerboards) is expensive solo; coliving makes it accessible. The peer crew for outdoor trips is the bigger win.
